By downloading, installing, or using Swizzl ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Swizzl is a cocktail recipe application that provides drink recipes, ingredient information, and curated collections. The App includes both free and premium content available through in-app purchases.
The App offers non-consumable in-app purchases to unlock additional recipe collections. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Recipes and content within the App are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. You are responsible for the preparation and consumption of any beverages. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any recipe.
The App is intended for users of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. By using the App, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age where you reside.
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and recipes, is owned by or licensed to Colin Watson and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
The App contains images generated using artificial intelligence. These images are artistic representations and may not exactly depict real products or beverages.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colin Watson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Swizzl encourages responsible alcohol consumption. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
