Frequently Asked Questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Your purchases are tied to your Apple ID and restore automatically. If you need to manually restore, go to the Store tab and tap "Restore Purchases."

Why are some recipes locked?

Swizzl offers a selection of free recipes. Additional recipes are available through in-app purchases of individual collections, a collection bundle, or a lifetime access pass.

How do I reset my account?

Go to Settings (gear icon on the Discover page) and tap "Sign Out." This will create a fresh anonymous account. Note that your My Bar selections will be reset.

Can I suggest a recipe?

We'd love to hear your suggestions. Send us an email at the address below with the recipe name and details.
